I tried Boot camp with my friend a few weeks ago..it kicked my behind! I am so excited that LEAN is offering Zumba. I am starting the class on Wednesday. I am so excited. Honestly since I made it into the second half of the program I have not exercised or eaten right. Luckily I think I have only gained 2 pounds. With weigh-in this week I really need to step up my game. I don't want to see any plus pounds next to my name in the paper...lol
