Only 3.6 this time..but it makes my total 11.8 pounds!! Less then 4 more pounds to go to reach my 5% goal. I can do this! I will not fail myself and get kicked out of the competition. Jaime gave me some inspiration and made me happy about my accomplishment. No tears this weigh-in..lo.
