well I was doing well...then my and my husbands birthdays came and his family was visiting from out of town..so I had a bad few days. Time to get back to it! I really wish that the lightenup had a support group for us once a week. Just seems like that would really help me. Maybe next year ;) I am still doing better then I ever did before. Tonight I am going rollerskating with my son, should be interesting and great exercise!
