This was sent last week but for some reason it didn't post

 

So far this weekend I have already lost a few pounds. I feel great. I have been eating healthier and so has my whole family. I have a great support system and I know I am really going to need them. Worked out today with my 5 year old and had a great time. He stopped before me because he was tired :) I know there will be ups and downs but I know I can do this!
